Here are some of the partnerships and their solutions that we use to improve the productivity and cybersecurity of our client’s computer networks. All these companies are recognized leaders in their respective areas of expertise. The solutions we use are tested, prove, and reliable in the real-world environments. We also involved in the local business community through our active participation in local Chambers of Commerce.
Webroot was an early adopter of cloud computing for malware detection. Webroot’s advanced endpoint protection uses industry leading machine learning and artificial intelligence. Webroot advanced endpoint protection does not depend on the obsolete method of updating file definitions to detect viruses and malware. Instead, it focuses on observing behavior and, by leveraging it’s a massive cloud-driven security solution, it rapidly detects and responds to emerging cyber threats.
AppRiver has the best advanced email threat protection product on the market. The appriver enterprise email threat protection is used by many banks and other financial institutions. It consistently has well over 99% accuracy when detecting spam and malware with very few false positives. AppRiver’s E mail filter makes end users much more productive and secure because incoming email has it been scrubbed of malware and spam.
We use the award-winning SonicWALL TZ series firewalls to protect many of our client’s networks. We also use SonicWALL Capture ATP which is an award-winning ransomware prevention and zero-day attack solution and their other unified threat management solutions.
We use Datto’s solutions to provide robust business continuity and disaster recovery for local servers. We also use a Datto solution to provide backup and disaster recovery for PC’s. We have found these solutions to be highly reliable and provide our clients peace-of-mind.
We have been a Microsoft partner since 1999. What that means for our clients is that we receive access to training and additional technical support not provided to non-partners and end users. We have the resources and training to solve problems more quickly and solve obscure tech problems. Our customer enjoy higher uptime and increased productivity.
We find Samsung solid state drives (SSDs) to be the fastest and most reliable SSDs available and use them to upgrade laptop and desktop computers. Upgrading from hard drives to Samsung SSDs will extend the useful life of a computer and improve productivity.
We are active members of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce and Wade Cantrell is currently on the Board of Directors.
We have been active members of the Pleasant Hill Chamber since 1997. Wade currently serves as a member of the Government Affairs Committee and is past President and past member of the Board of Directors and ambassadors.
